FAQ

Why use Easy Tax?

Alliance CPA Group believes in using technology to its maximum capabilities. In today’s tech savvy world, users of the internet are becoming more comfortable using business services in a virtual manner. Employers, banks, and other businesses are continuing to offer electronic copies of w2’s, 1099, bank statement, and other tax documents. With the increase need to move away from paper files and increasing the use of technology to increase efficiency in the workplace and in client’s daily life, Alliance will continue to improve our tax prep process with technology. Alliance CPA Group views our Virtual Tax Prep service as no different from online shopping, completing credit card information online and/or using store/web to purchase tax preparation software.  Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

How do I communicate with the CPA during the process?

Our CPA’s are available over the phone and through email. If you need to speak to a professional please call to schedule an appointment (404.419.6085) or send us an email to tax@alliancecpagroup.com and a CPA will contact you.

Will there be any additional charges?

No. We will contact you via email to confirm final prices before we continue to work on your return.

What if I change my mind and already submit my information?
